Sports+ cover may be taken out on an individual basis or if you are a member of a club who would like to cover all their players we have developed our Sports+ Club Cover and related Opt-In service for club supporters, club officials and families of players.

As Sports+ has been designed specifically for players, you may extend cover to your family on one of our standard covers. It is easy to join, just a simple application form for the monthly premium and that's it. We will confirm everything in writing to you with full details of cover, and if you change your mind you have 14 days to cancel, at no cost.
