Sports+ Therapies
Generally professional sports clubs employ their own physiotherapists, consequently there is no need to insure the cost of their treatment for the club players, so the standard sports+ cover excludes therapies cover
For clubs that do not employ their own Therapist we offer the option to include Therapies cover at an extra cost as per the following. An option to buy back in the Therapies benefit on a risk share basis* of 50 / 50 is available.

*Risk share means that where there is a limit shown for a benefit, a maximum of the percentage shown can be claimed of that benefit. For example where 50 / 50 is shown and there is a benefit limit of £500, the client may claim 50% of the treatment costs, so their maximum reimbursement per annum can be only up to £250.
