Role Description
Client Relations Assistant required for our expanding team.

You will be based in our Peterborough office and will be responsible for answering the telephone for the company and carrying out the necessary data protection checks with all clients. You will be responsible for opening the post and for preparing the post for collection at the end of the day. You will also carry out administrative duties to support the Client Relation Coordinators and the Team Leader.

Your role will utilise your previous experience within a customer focused and administrative environment, you will have the ability to multi task and be organised in how you achieve your workload.

Main responsibilities:

· Answering all incoming telephone calls to the company

· Open incoming post and prepare outgoing post on a daily basis

· General administration duties

· Assisting team members as and when required

The ideal candidate:

You will have good organisation skills and a confident and friendly telephone manner. You will have a willingness to learn the role of the Client Relations Coordinator, as you will be assisting them on a daily basis. A flexible approach and an ability to work in a team environment is essential
