Foundation Elite is our highest level of cover for companies with 20 members or more, it has all the benefits of Foundation Plus with the addition of cover for routine dental services, optical services and cover for private GP services. Finally there is also cover for private maternity services.

This comprehensive healthcare scheme will provide cover for you whether you need to go into hospital as an in-patient or day-patient or to see a specialist as an out-patient.

You will also have telephone access to a GP through our advice line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can choose between having access to a list of more than 500 hospitals which we call Freedom cover or you can opt for our First Choice Hospitals which provides access to high quality hospitals at a reduced premium. There is also our Premium Hospital range called Freedom with Premium Hospital Upgrade.

We also provide an option to choose an excess on your policy from £0 to £1,000.
