When applying on-line for a quotation you may select to answer a few simple questions relating to your particular lifestyle. This is entirely optional.

Based on the answers given during the on-line quotation, an additional discount will be offered to those with a healthy lifestyle.

When we receive your application indicating you wish to benefit by our lifestyle option we will simply verify by requesting your GP to counter sign confirmation of your lifestyle questionnaire replies.
