Capitation Services

We are able to establish and run payment collection schemes for Business, Practices, or Associations where a range of services are bundled together under a payment plan. Each Scheme can be tailored to suit each client and are run efficiently by us on behalf of our client. We take care of everything and advise on regulation (where applicable).

These schemes are beneficial for both the business, practice or association and their clients, patients or members as follows

Payments can be collected monthly, quarterly or annually by Direct Debit.

For example
A Dental Practice may wish to offer patients access to fixed services for a regular monthly fee, such as the following scheme for Preventative Care;

a) Registration at the practice
b) Check ups twice a year
c) Advice and prevention when required
d) Scaling and polishing twice a year
e) Small X-rays when necessary
f) Access to the dentist

Typical Monthly fee to patient under £10.00* collected by Direct Debit.
*(this figure is based on the required income by the dentist for the services included.)
We deduct a small administration charge from the collection and the rest of the fee is paid to the dentist.
Similar types of schemes can be set up for VETS or other professions where regular charges are levied on clients or patients. Schemes can be expanded to include one off charges and insurance services.
