Commission Rates

We set our standard premiums at a level which we believe gives the customer excellent value and will allow us to offer the broker or introducer appointed representative a fair level of commission. We have resisted the temptation to set our standard rates at artificially high levels in order that we may offer, either / or, large discounts to the customer or very high commissions to brokers or introducer appointed representatives as we believe this may compromise fairness to the customer in some situations.

Commissions are paid monthly. You will receive a report on activity together with a commission payment in the form of a cheque, attached to the report. Indemnity commission is available (terms and conditions).

High volumes of business

If you introduce clients regularly which results in the production of consistently high volumes of business, we will be more then happy to discuss the possibility of enhanced rates of commission, through our star system.

Star rating

To enable us to offer the appropriate service levels to our registered Introducer Appointed Representatives and Brokers, we have developed a simple star rating.

When an Introducer Appointed Representative or Broker registers with us from the information given in the application an appropriate star rating will be applied to the applicant for the first year.

On renewal of annual registration the star rating may be varied for the subsequent year depending on:

• Volumes and type of business generated
• Agents requirements for the coming year
