GP Telephone Advice Line

Our 24hr GP telephone advice line is a great benefit for your employees or members giving them access to a confidential private GP telephone or online consultation service. They’ll be able to access quick and easy self-help advice, differential diagnoses where possible and treatment options meaning they won’t have wait for GP appointments and take time away from work.

The service provides:

  • Unlimited access to GP telephone advice.
  • Convenient online video consultations.
  • Medical advice regarding your concerns via qualified and practising GP’s.
  • All advice is specific to the individual caller taking into account your own personal medical history.

Our GP advice line doctors will provide advice, reassurance, diagnosis, second opinions and advice on chronic disease management. Our doctors can also send prescriptions* to you or your local pharmacy and provide fit notes for when you are not well enough to work as well as providing advice relating to general questions about medication, travel and lifestyle.
