GP Telephone Advice Line

Our 24-hour GP telephone advice line is a great benefit for your employees or members and gives them access to a confidential private GP telephone consultation service. They’ll be able to receive quick and easy access to self-help advice, differential diagnoses where possible and treatment options.

The service provides:

  • All advice is specific to the individual caller taking into account your own personal medical history.
  • Every user of the GP advice line is encouraged to remain registered with an NHS general practitioner.
