Health Checks

We’ll give you and your employees or members access to free mini health checks, so they’ll be able to find out their BMI, if they’re drinking wisely or if they’re fatigued. With access to our health and wellbeing services, you’ll be able to seek further help if you need it.

Your employees or members will also have access to their own personal goal planner, meaning that they can set goals, plan targets and keep track of their progress. Along with this, they will have access to an online Health Risk Assessment which factors in lifestyle habits, health conditions and family history to give them an in-depth interactive report regarding their health and wellbeing.

Telephone Counselling

Through our health and wellbeing services, your employees or members will have access to a 24/7 telephone counselling service, with a fully trained and qualified counsellor. They’ll be able to speak to the same counsellor at a time which is convenient for them and their work commitments, meaning their working life will not be disturbed and they can get the support and reassurance they need.

Medical Information

We will provide your employees or members access to a wide range of medical information from trusted sources, so when they need further information on a particular medical condition, they will have it at their fingertips.

Self-Help

You and your employees or members will have access to online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) self-help modules, which is recommended by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) as the most effective therapy for stress and mental health problems. These modules will help with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression and anger, the course can be adapted to help treat a range of other problems too.

Everyday Life Support

In addition, we will also provide your employees or members with access to a wide range of informative articles which includes advice on financial, legal, relationship and family problems. The everyday life support will provide them with an insight into everyday topics and help them with any queries they might have relating to any problems.
