Summer is a time to have fun, let your hair down and enjoy yourself with your friends and family! 1. Don’t compare yourself to anyone else

Social media has exploded over the past decade, and it’s so easy to scroll through your feed and compare yourself to everyone else, especially models with washboard abs and a glowing tan, let's be honest though cellulite and stretch marks are real and normal. This is enough to bring anyone’s confidence or body image down, but look around, where are these people in reality? Everyone’s body is different, and a lot of people have insecurities about the way they look. Join the body positivity movement, own your body, feel positive and let your confidence shine through!

2. Wear clothes that make you feel comfortable

Refresh your wardrobe for summer! If you’re wearing the same old clothes that you’ve been wearing for the past couple of years or so then it might be time to revamp your wardrobe. Treat yourself to some vibrant clothes that you feel comfortable in, find clothes that compliment your body type and most importantly make you feel good.

3. Lean on your loved ones for support
