From time to time we may contact you to keep you informed about products and services which may be of interest to you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes.

Your information may be shared with third parties in the administration of your cover. Where this occurs we endeavor to safeguard this information to ensure your privacy is protected.

If you would like someone else to deal with your policy on your behalf, such as spouse or partner, please let us know. In some exceptional cases we may also deal with other people who call on your behalf, with your consent.

If you make a phone call to a General and Medical office the call may be recorded to help protect your and our interests. This ensures we keep an accurate record of the conversation.
