Available on selected policies is the 24-Hour GP Advice Line. Stay in the comfort of your own home whilst getting the advice you need for your medical concerns. You can speak to one of our doctors or arrange an online video consultation using your smartphone or PC at a time that suits you from a pool of GMC registered doctors who are on standby and ready to take your call.
The service provides advice, reassurance, diagnosis, second opinions, advice on chronic disease management. Our doctors can also send prescriptions* to you or your local pharmacy and provide fit notes for when you are not well enough to work as well as providing advice relating to general questions about medication, travel and lifestyle.
