What is a health assessment?
A health assessment is a health check which includes a set of tests and examinations that give you an overview of your current health, providing you with the best information to help you understand, maintain and improve your health. This assessment will be carried out by one of Nuffield Health’s trained physiologists using their PATH health assessment.

You will be provided with expert support to help improve your lifestyle and create a fitter and healthier future.
PATH Life and Pro packages
PATH is organised into various packages, designed to suit your lifestyle, needs and budget. As a member of General & Medical, you are entitled to a preferential rate across seven of their health assessment packages, Life 2-4 and Pro 1-4.
Life health assessments are conducted with a physiologist and are all about coaching and lifestyle guidance. These are light touch, practical options you can make to refresh your lifestyle.
Pro health assessments are either conducted solely with a health assessment doctor or a combined doctor and physiologist health assessment. With a more comprehensive view of health and lifestyle factors, you will be supported in making significant changes to improve their future health.
