Dear ###Firstname###, Throughout this distressing lockdown period, we have been doing everything we can to support our valued customers. As you know, we upgraded our 24-Hour GP Advice Line and made it available across all policies so that members could seek advice and reassurance over the phone or via video consultation by speaking to a qualified GP from home. We would like to remind you that members can still access this service on their policy until the 30th June, when it will revert to being available on our Lifestyle, Lifestyle Plus Upgrade and Elite products only. We hope that if members have made use of this service, they've found it helpful and, even if they didn't have cause to use the advice line, that they found some form of comfort knowing that it has been accessible to them over the last couple of months. Members who do not currently have the GP Advice Line included on their policy and wish to upgrade their cover to include it permanently, can just let us know at their next policy renewal and we will accommodate the change for them and tell them what difference it will make to their premium. Members health and wellbeing is important to us and support is always available in the form of our online 24/7 Health and Wellbeing Support services, where they can access telephone counselling, CBT courses, medical information and health check tools.
