You can choose to upgrade your employees or members cover to include our Channel Island Cover which has been designed to offer additional benefits to complement the treatment available.
Your employees or members could be covered for the services provided by your Channel Island GP, including:
Your employees or members will be covered for a maximum of £400 in their policy year for prescription costs and consultation charges made by their GP. They will also be covered for a maximum of £300 in their policy year for routine minor surgery charges made by their GP.
Where your employees or members require medical treatment which is unavailable in the Bailiwick of their residency, we'll cover their return travel costs to another Bailiwick or the UK. We will reimburse the expenses incurred for their return journey with a maximum of up to £300 per return trip, which could include, air, ferry or taxi fare. Along with this, the cover will provide a benefit for travel and accommodation costs for parents or a qualified nurse accompanying a child for treatment.
